It Turned out to be one the most exiting seasons yet for the Mybroga Constructors Cup.Team BRM took a surprising early lead and held on for most of the season but some really strong showings by Team McLaren at seasons end helped them clinch the title in the final race at Zelweg.

Congrats to the Season 16 Champions !

Division A - David Cook Jr.

As the youngest member of Mybroga, David Cook Jr. came to us like an uncut diamond, rough and unpolished. He has always been fast, his driving could have best been described as a little erratic. He has, over the last few seasons, improved with age, though, to become Mybroga's number one driver. With no less no les than 6 wins and 3 second place finishes in an eleven race season he soundly thrashed Mybroga's best drivers all season long. With the skills and speed that Jr. possesses now, you have to ask yourself, just how fast is the kid gonna get as he gets older. God help us all.

Division B - Dick Clayton

At the opposite end of the spectrum we have Dick Clayton. A long time Mybroga memeber and one of our more wiley and experinced campainers, Dick really managed to pull it all together this season and deliver. Using a steady hand and cool determination to guide his Brabham to 3 victories and 4 second place finishes, Dick secured the Division B championship and won the Most Improved Driver Award to boot. Well done Dick!

 

Division C - Ted Yoder

Arizona native Ted Yoder is our Division C champion for season 16 which turned out to be one Mybroga's hardest fought divisions.

 

 

Division D - Steve Cloyd

Mario has the distinction of winning only one race this season but he still managed to clinch the Division D Championship in spite of that minor short coming. The reason? A consistant string of seconds and thirds that all added up to give him the high points total at seasons end. Congratulations to Mario on what we at Mybroga predict will be one of many championship seasons

If anyone is still interested in possibly joining the league , we do have a waiting list , and you can get on it by E-mailing Oliver Kloesov . there's always a possibility that some drivers have to bail , so don't be afraid to have your name in the book just incase .

Goodluck to all the new members !!! Hope to see you all out practicing with us , if not , then we'll see you when Season 9 opens it's doors in November .

If your at all interested in joining what's likely the fastest growing GPL online race league , then be sure to sign-up soon , seats are going fast !

There's no limits on ability , this league is great for all drivers since there's 4 divisions for you to conquer . The more you improve , the farther you'll go . Drivers signing up will be placed in the " D " Division , and be racing on Tuesday evenings weekly at 8:30pm EST , starting in late November .
